We prefer that your accounts have your character's name as the display name. It has to be at least the first and last name. We do have a cap on how many characters you can have (5), and if you have more than one, please log in to each account every day.[div class="title"]courtesy[/div]Don't harass people; staff or members alike. They have lives outside of this site even if you claim not to. Treat everyone here with respect and no lashing out at people because you're having a bad day: it's not their fault. Guests should be treated nicely as well. . . they are potential members after all, so behave when someone comes calling and try to act in a proper manner.[div class="title"]roleplaying[/div]Obviously we don't want you doing any of those annoying things like god-modding, power-playing, or meta-gaming. If you don't know what some of these are, ask around and someone will tell you so you don't do it. Try to keep IC. . . IC. OOC comments should be separated by some means to keep confusion to a minimal, and your IC posts should be at least one paragraph -- a good one paragraph. Not a dinky little one. A paragraph is at least five-six sentences; one hundred words is a good place to start. Also. . . I cannot stress this enough, but DO NOT post in any IC boards until you're profile has been accepted. We do NOT allow people to make wild Digimon characters. Period.[div class="title"]characters[/div]This is a non-canon site so we only accept original characters. We only accept ANIME face claims. Pretty much anything that looks like anime is okay, so no western comic books or game characters. Also, you are only allowed FIVE characters per person. We do offer a solution for those who want more than five, but we also have a system for making new characters to ensure that people don't spam character creation and then never actually RP:
1st character = no post requirement.
2nd and 3rd = 25 posts
4th = 50 posts
5th = 75 posts
6+ = 100 posts ON ALL CHARACTERS + 180 points
Now, those posts counts except for anything sixth character and above are account-specific. For example, to make your second character, your first account must have 25 posts. To make your third character, your second account must have 25 posts etc etc. This does not count if you delete an account in favor for a different character (if you are looking to add a 6th+ character and have recently replaced a character, so long as the replaced character had the right amount of posts (100) then you will not need to get 100 posts on the new character). Also, HALF OF THOSE POSTS MUST BE IC TO COUNT, AND YOU MUST BE CAUGHT UP IN ALL OTHER CHARACTER THREADS.
[div class="title"]chatbox[/div]We're here to have fun and we can't have someone ruining the mood with mean comments. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't talk in the Cbox. If you have a disagreement with another player please take it to PMs or a private messenger such as AIM or MSN. We want to at least be a friendly community. Absolutely no advertising; if you want to advert do it the proper way or not at all. And please don't just spam. . . no one likes it.[div class="title"]being active[/div]We don't expect everyone to be on every day or post seven times a day, but please try your best to get on here and get posting, even if it's not IC. We know you guys all have lives outside of this site, but if you're going to be missing for more than two days, please say something in the correct board so you don't go all MIA. Some things come up, we know, and you might not have time to get on and post an announcement, but please just do your best to let us know what's up. We do worry about our members! Also, don't sign up, make a character, and then never get on again. That's almost like a hit and run and it just angers us something awful. If you miss an activity check, you will be deleted. Staff or no. So please post in all of them. Once your deleted, you are allowed to sign up again, though.[div class="title"]departures[/div]LET US KNOW. And, please, BE HONEST. We honestly aren't going to hang you for not wanting to RP on the site anymore, we aren't going to ban you for saying you're bored and have no muse. Honestly! We would rather you tell us you're done with the site than make up a bunch of excuses and bull. JUST TELL US. We don't want you to make up a bunch of false promises and get everyone's hope up just for the disappointment.
